That thing is pretty ugly. Neat that it's running the skyactive tech though.

 

Still better than PT Cruiser though, as far as the whole modern-retro thing goes.

But yeah, these are the infamous 1.5 engines, which is underpowered to power anything heavier than a Demi/2 or Miata.

To give you an idea, China has Mazda 3 that is powered by these 1.5, and they take like 11 seconds to do 0~60.

Edit: Looks like these 1.5 have higher rev limit, but still. Oh well, it's Japan so that probably works out better than we imagine.
