The Bosch 250/Mazda Experience @ VIR

We had a great turnout at the Bosch 250/Mazda Experience this weekend. There are other events going on today but I figured I might as well go ahead and prime the pump and let everyone who didn't/couldn't come know what you missed . See them all here or scroll to see a select few.

The guys from Piloti were kind enough to take a group photo with us.

The Mazda Corral

The Porche corral was right next to us.

Kevin Beard, The CEO/Founder of Piloti (below), and his partner in crime (unfortunately I don't remember his name... sorry ) gave us the spill on their kicks. I'm now a fan.

The first shoekage.

We got to touch/feel/rub them all over .

The Racers Edge team manager Jon Mirachi (white shirt) and driver Bryce Miller (blue shirt) came by to chat it up with us.

Peter Dempsey and Aim Autosport of Star Mazda stopped by as well.

All these people, short on cars. What the heck?

Speedsource practicing a driver change before the race.

The race was aired live on Speed.

The 69 car did not have a good day.

Plowed by this one after getting tangled with a Corvette.

Very nice pictures Bobby! It was a nice time out there, too bad the Speed Source Rx-8 didn't finish first. That car was really running well, looking at the results it was behind the Pontiacs less then a second. Not too bad.

awesome shots dude!

Jon and his Racers Edge teams are a class act. Great people. They opened the doors to their shop to Rotary4Life and all the Florida RX-8's last December for an incredible all day open house and tech overview. Again, first rate team. Glad to see Jon and Bryce personally came out to the Corral!

Kinda funny, those Barber Mazda's are still powered by Neon motors.
