OH MY GOD!!!! Where did he find that? If I would have seen it for sale I would have packed up and gone and picked it up. I'm so jealous.

My Dream is to now have a long driveway, with a street sign that Reads Mazda Rx8 Blvd. LOL

Nonetheless, that's awesome, its kinda weird/awesome how Mazda got the Muscle car look better than most Muscle Cars.

Funny, we were commenting on the exact same thing while I was taking pics.

I should also mention what he plans to change. Going back to stock wheels, removing front fog lights, and removing rear bumper guards.

I actually like those wheels, then again, never seen the stockers and I agree the rear guards and fogs look out of place-ish.

I was just daydreaming of owning one with a 4 Rotor, it would be a Muscle car that looks like one, and performs better than one. I drove into one of the old school car meets that we have around here, and guys were like dude... your mustang looks weird, and it sounds like your engine is blown. I laughed, and then snapped out of the dream. Really happened like a min ago... I think I need sleep.

That yellow '79 looks just like my 1st car...except for the wheels. I bought it in 87. The wheels are grey with these aluminum rings that press in. I painted the wheels black and they looked much better. I swapped the engine out and those "O" rings between the engine and the exhaust manafold can be a bair to put in. I also had one of those white racing beat air-filter covers. Those black parts around the windows could never keep their paint on with my old one. I haited how the tail-light screws were on the outside of the car too. Thanks for the memories.

Matt
