Lowering Springs, worth it?

Im thinking of purchasing some RacingBeat lowering springs but would like some insight from some owners, is it worth it? Doing it more for looks than performance as it is my dd(for now). But yet I want to maintain the great feel it already has. I've also ran into some Megan lowering springs but they seem to lower it a bit too much. Im running 19's front to back and the wheel gap is just major.

Thanks

I'm on RacingBeat springs and Koni Yellows. The overall height is noticeably lower while maintaining a acceptable ride height (I'm not scraping the bottom of my car when going over speed bumps). Ride quality with the RacingBeat springs and Koni Yellows is improved in my opinion over stock. Another set of springs to consider is the Swift springs if you're after a slightly lower ride height. RacingBeat springs offer .5" lowering and the Swifts offer .75". Either way, you'll be purchasing quality products from reputable companies.

Posted in the wrong section ... assuming your profile is up to date, this should be in the S1 section.

Yes they are worth it. If not for the preformance upgrade then at least you get rid of the nose up look the second gen has. I went with Tein S

If S1, I did Tien H-Tech. Gave me a lower nose, less mushy ride, and improved gas mileage at speed. Paid for themselves. Biggest spring issue is nobody makes a nice rear spring. Ideally there is a better rate, with stock ride height. H-Tech came the closes.

I think this is an after picture. There is a thread someplace with before and after pics of lots of different combinations. Search Well.
