the better question is, does it have a boost controller and does it start still?

Further:
8 out of 10 turbo installs are a disaster . Either they are poorly installed or poorly tuned .
You really don't want to buy a turbocharged 8 unless you can establish the engine still has good compression and you know how to get one running properly.
Judging by your question - you really shouldn't buy this car .

I've seen this car before, can't remember where but I have. Anyways I wouldn't buy it, 99% of the time you will be investing in someone else's F*ck up, so why chance it.

Better built than bought.

Greddy turbo kit.
a pulley or two.

If you are new to Rx8's diving into a Used one with a greddy turbo kit is not recommended..

Well I see a Greddy Boost Controller solenoid valve and I also see an INT-X cable.

Installation is clean with how the wires and tubing is run.

The right question to ask is who installed and tuned the kit and how long it has been running.

What is the location of the vehicle?

Talk to the seller. Do a compression test and go from there. A lot of people say that a turbocharged renesis will not last. However, if it has great compression and a proper method of tuning, modify the waste gate to only hold 2 lbs of boost. Then get it retuned for safety. I wouldn't trust some one else's tune. I don't think that would really put much strain on the engine, and you would have a cool car to drive around and show. However, all this is pending compression!
