NZ What's the best octane rating for the RX 8 motor?

After looking at various threads I am still no wiser. The USA is using from 87-93, my Mazda shop said 91 and I prefer 95 or 98. Opinions???

Since your a kiwi, I will be nice and help you. USA ratings are different to everyone else.

Your Mazda shop doesn't know ****. DON"T EVER GO BACK THERE.

Use 98, if it's not available, use 95 (I had to in Nelson, Caltex being my favourite 95)

NEVER USE 91 IT"S ******* **** IN ANY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks guys. The search function really is rubbish as I don't think I could have been any clearer in my question and I would have thought the thread from Brettus would have been first up. Oh well. 95 it is although I just did Auckland return, with going down a really good run , on 98 from Whangerei and it went well. Ahhh fun again. I am a mechanical neophyte but luckily have friends willing to learn the rotary way. Again, Thanks.
