They make plenty of fitting to use the Oem set up. If you need more they make upgraded pumps. If you need more a return fuel system is in order and is not to hard to build but not cheap. I am just scratching my head at the part you were able to pull off a engine swap, wiring to get it to work, but do not seem to have a clue where to start on the fuel set up.

By "the only thing to complete the car" do you mean in real life or on paper?

If you are street driving an upgraded pump likely would be enough.

Track is different. After trying damn near everything...I think a biggish surge tank is needed for a turbocharged engine if you expect it to live at the track. It isn't a matter of if you will have a fueling problem but when...and Murphy usually makes it happen at the worst possible time.....

Design the fuel system according to your engine build. See how much power you're going to put down, translate it to LPH and start from there.

Then study the difference between a return \ return less fuel setup and pick the right one for your goals.

It's really this easy.

Think you hit the nail on the head .
Do you think a boost dump on low fuel pressure would prevent a blown engine at the track ?

That's part of the game though, isn't it? God blessed us with fuel cells when we really get serious
The op will probably never get to that point given his questions so...

If you set it high enough it probably could. Remember differential pressure is exponential with flow, so a little pressure loss on the top end doesn't effect flow that much. I'd worry about bouncing off the dump and not noticing it. Might be beneficial to have a light or perhaps set the relay to lockout with a reset switch.

Great point - that is exactly what does happen with the setup i have . Going to try for a more aggressive dump but if i don't feel that , your idea will be next.

I fail to see how it's "completely stock for now" as there's no way you left the stock twin turbos on there. Unless you're like the other guy who's building his 8 with a fully 13brew that's not a brew and it's a FC engine...

I went single turbo since the twins dont fit without some custom work which i was going to do but decided not to.

the amount of material that needs to be removed to clear the twins is just not worth it....
