Question putting new tires on, any advice regarding the TPMS?

I am new to rx8 and need to mount new set of tires. Is there anything I need to watch out for in order not to damage/mess up the TPMS system sensors?

Also, don't freak out if your TPMS light goes on after you re-mount the tires. Some of them takes sometime to register with the car (I don't know why).

I've taken the tires twice on my MS3 and both times, I had to drive ~10miles before the TPMS warning light turned off.

Have a tire shop do it for you. They should know what to do with those.

Tire shop will do it for me this time and that is why I want to make sure they don't f*ck something up. Ideally I like to mount them myself at my buddy's place but don't have time to do it.
