Has anyone joined the "Mazda Canada Owners Section" on the Mazda Canada website?

Just wondering if it was worth it?

 

I joined even though I don't have my 8 yet (delivery in April - I hope). Currently driving an MX3 GS. It's quick to sign up but about the only thing I found useful was the ability to download the user's manual in pdf format (handy since I don't have the paper version yet). Their 'Maintenance Tips' and 'How to keep your Mazda Beautiful' sections are very basic and kind of a joke. You can record your maintenance history and view the next suggested maintenance but I doubt I'll use this feature.

 

I joined also. Haven't found any use for it. Plus it won't let me add my car, it asks for all the info then says car added or car saved but then it's still empty.

As for the manual you can get that in the rx-8 section of the site without registering as an owner.

 

Ya, I already had the .pdf of the manual many weeks b4 I picked up my car and there is a suggested maintenance schedule in the manual (online and paper) so I'm not going to bother to join then.
