So Just installed my Buddy Club Condensor

I washed my car due to the extremely nice weather and clean off the recent salt from the snow

I figured I had some time to kill but anyway no need for the story of my life

I installed the Buddy Club Voltage Stabilizer and Condenser

Anyone who has this will the blue leds in the box cause my battery to die?

Also after installing I started my car, started great nice smooth clean start but it revved to a little over 1250rpm then went to idle at just below 1k the typical, but then the car felt like it was going to stall and felt and saw the rpms drop down to almost 500rpm I'd say.

I don't think this is healthy, it seems like I need a tune or something?

Any advice?

Thanks
-Scott

Short answer: No

Long Answer: I had something simlar - a Pivot Raizin - in my last car for 5 years and never saw any signs of battery discharge and that has the same blue led type arrangement. Got the new one here on the shelf ready to add to the RX-8.

As to your start/rev thing - did you disconnect the battery when installing the Buddy? If so perhaps the engine is re-learning to idle - do the RX-8s have this 'feature'?
