Me and my ex would go to Lunbard street @ 3-4am and take pics,,, its quite errie with absolutely no one in the streets, no cars, no anything....
But the key is the time,,,, that time in the mourning will be awesome and very cold... We also had cameras that would handle the darkness...

I took some nice shots on the top level of the JHU hospital parking garage, but I don't know which garages are accessible for non-employees....
Another cool option is Federal Hill (not the area by the bars, but the big hill overlooking the water)

Also I have some pics I can post when I get back in town that I took in the parking garage at Towson Towne Mall, at 2am I eventually got asked to leave but that was after I got about 20 really nice picks...
What are good places in the daytime? I took some today. But it wasnt the best place...the end of kelso drive on rossville blvd. I want interesting backdrops...
how do i get up there??
i think some pics down in fells point down around fell st and wolfe. the cobble stone and old tracks would be awsome.. the other place i can think of would be around the washington monument.
it would be an awesome picture though considering i am going to school for marine biology. soit would be like my two hobbies in the picture.

All over the place I'll post pics when I get back in town...
well i was looking around yesterday when i was down there for work. there is a good place that no one parks on down in fells point. its a no parking zone but it is right on the water and like i said you dont have to worry about any parked cars. if you go down to fells point take ann street, and if you go over thames st it right ahead of you.. great place like i said

Actually any place will do as long as you have a good eye and decent camera the pics in my gallery( https://www.rx8club.com/members/rotr8-13533-albums-rotr8-14/ ) are from the back parking lot of a Circuit City and an old unused garage...
