Unhappy HELP: I think its the fuel pump? (mazda finds nothing wrong)

small history:

a) Car would hesitate at 7500rpm and cell lit up. Dealer fixed it saying an intake runner was sticking. then........

b) Car wouldnt rev past 7500rpm (on a really hot day). The next day was fine. Took it in anyway and after the dealer putting about 35 miles on my car, they found no problem. Said they ran a bunch of tests and didnt find anything wrong.

c) At a local auto-x, the car would lose all power. The gas pedal wouldnt do anything and the motor would rev down till it died. Then it would start back up again and be fine....... until I once again took a sweeping turn. (direction of turn didnt matter, and I was above half a tank of gas.) I had to take myself out of the event because it wasnt safe.

^^ just got a call from the dealer about this and once again, they found nothing wrong and their tests showed nothing. Said its fine under normal driving conditions so they cant do anything about it.

What should I do now guys? Any help is appreciated!!

When did you last have your coils changed? Plugs? Wires?

If you're handy and have access to some lift type stuff, you could unbolt the cat and check for clogs.

Has the dealer performed a compression check? If so, post all the numbers they came back with.

A sticking intake runner sounds like a carbon buildup issue, but if you're auto-xing, you are probably revving it up to avoid carbon buildup. Still, a treatment of seafoam can't hurt.

Hero, i told u, u HAVE to get them to ride with u, and duplicate the problem on an empty parking lot!
i say taking a turn at 40 mph is "normal" the speed limit says so and the cars can do it, why isn't it "normal" normal does not = safe.

if all else fails, take it to Kelly or Joe at Munday Mazda and told them luke send you, duplicate the problem for them in the parking lot across 45, check google map. it's a highschool.

my problem was fixed after they replaced the fuel pump.

UPDATE: the first post was written before I left to pick up my car.

On the way home after I picked it up, The car wouldnt rev past random rpms. 5200, 6000, 6500, etc. I drove it back and had the service guy jump in my car showed him. He was surprised the mechanic didnt notice that -_-. It was too late for me to get a rental so he told me to bring the car back the next morning. On my way home the car died and wouldnt start back up. I was stuck in rush hour traffic with no cell (it broke the night before) and had to run to the nearest gas station to call mazda roadside. While on the phone, I look out the window and see a cop and tow truck at my car with my car up on the truck. I dropped the phone and ran to my car where I was treated like **** from the cop. He pretty much said If I dont want to pay the tow truck guy to take it for me, he would have him impound it instead. So i paid to have it taken to the dealer and am awaiting a response tomorrow........

Sorry for the long story, a little upset and wanted to share.

to previous question: coils and plugs changed less than 8K ago. plugs changed about 20k ago. mazda engine cleaning done with the recall reflash. The dealership "said" they ran all the lack of power tsb tests and nothing came out wrong........

*sigh

UPDATE 2: Mazda just called and said they will be replacing the fuel pump........

man, i woulda chewed that cop out and tell him to impound the ******* car, and get his badge number and everything. if ur car was on the side of the road, i don't see why they can do so. the "vulturing" tow trucks i swear.

one trick is to pay the tow truck driver to tow it down the street into a parking lot for fraction of the cost. and tell the cop to get lost.
