Trans Noise in neutral

Hey guys I have a question. I just got my 04 rx-8 6spd GT about a week ago, i absolutlely love the car, but i have a noise in the tranny in neutral with the clutch engaged (pedal not puched in). I am a Chrysler Tech and none of our manuals do this nor did any Toyota ive owed with an Aisian trans. I took it to the dealer to schedule an apptment and they said some noise is normal but they would check it out. I have a few other issues with it, but extremely minor stuff, being a tech i notice a bunch of stuff. I was wondering if anyone has this noise, if it is normal or what was replaced if it isnt. I suspect pilot bearing or trans front bearing from experience but every trans is different. So help the new guy out and let me know something before i take it in on friday. Thanks guys

Throw-out bearing most likely IMO

the throw out bearing only makes noise when the clutch is depressed. not engaged as mentioned above.
