i have some reds or yellows for sale you can send off to kg parts and have modified and flow tested. the reds would get you a little less fuel and the yellows come out to being ~800s after the mod.

Also depending on the upgrade some people put the bigger injectors in the secondary position.

Thanks for checking, if I can't find blues what is a good reliable alternative? I'm a little apprehensive to modify injectors (yellows) and would like to stick to OEM size (Blues). I feel they would be slightly more reliable being unmoded, Does anyone have any incite on this? I have been unable to locate solid information on injectors on the forum.

many of us on the fourm are running modded yellows myself included. when they modify them all thet are doing is uncapping the injector they are not drilling or anythting like that. If you decide to go this route i do have 2 pairs of yellows and one pair of reds. I can also set up shipping to kg parts and they can ship to you and save some cash.

Point me to someone who has modded yellows is fully tuned and making 300+ WHP without any issues .
These remain suspect (for me) till proven otherwise .

Update on this . I am tuning a turbo 8 ATM with the uncapped yellows in P2 posn. . I have found out what they flow (nothing like what KG says they do ) and may change my stance on these as a good option .

Stay tuned ..... heh .

Brettus, did you just keep the same latency for them? Does uncapping them affect latency?

If I did go with uncapped yellows where is a good place to send them to other than kg parts since they may inflate their numbers a lot.

Kept same latency as stock yellows . Pretty sure (after doing some reading on the subject) that latency is something that changes with the design of the solenoid and should not be greatly affected by removal of the caps.

find your injectors yet?

I ordered the blues from discount fuel systems and have them tested for flow at our local place. I ordered the cheap re-manufactured ones.
