Service schedule for S2?
I can't seem to find the service schedule online or in my owner's manual, and my local dealer is giving me the runaround. Where can I find the official service schedule for my car? I'm getting close to 25kmi and I want to make sure I haven't neglected anything.

In the 2010 owner's manual, the service schedules start on page 8-4.

Hmm. Yep, there's a listing there. It's only one page long though. Isn't there something more comprehensive that the dealer uses? I don't want to get hoodwinked by taking my car to the dealer, finding out there's X, Y, and Z repairs necessary to keep from voiding my warranty, and have them tell me "well, Mazda only gives the complete list to mechanics 'because they don't want owners to stress about things they don't know how to diagnose themselves.'"

They cant deny your warranty unless they can prove that what you did or did not do was the cause of the problem.
If you want to know what they do at the 15k, 30k, 60k, etc check ups then just call the dealership and ask. Say you are interested in purchasing it and just want a comprehensive list of what they do. For the most part it is just check and oil things at your mileage. At 25k you should consider doing your plugs and within 5k miles your coils if you just want peace of mind.

I was examining the abbreviated list, and there's a pretty wide disparity between the mileage and the age of the car in my case. According to the mileage I'm not due for any service at all, but according to the age I'm due to have the sparkplugs changed, the brakes and clutch flushed, the trans and diff oil changed (it was done at 10kmi though, so another change isn't necessary yet), have the chassis bolts tightened, and replace the cabin air filter.

I think any dealer would be on shaky ground to deny warranty claims if you can prove you followed the published maintenance schedule. You're not on Double Secret Probation, here.
Also, they recommend 7500 mile oil changes in there. The entire schedule is junk. But they aren't going to penalize you for doing it more frequently, just don't let your intervals exceed theirs.

I usually stick to 5000mi OCIs. I use good synthetic oil too.
Tightening the chassis bolts was an unexpected line-item in the schedule. Never seen that in a car maintenance schedule before. I can definitely see the benefit though. It would be nice to know which bolts they check and tighten.
