Jacking up the R3

Hey guys, I searched around and wasn't able to find an answer...Anyway I have an R3 and am not really sure where to place jack stands due to the side skirts. If anyone could just help me out with this I would appreciate it. I'd like to avoid having my car crushing me I'm trying to replace my plugs by the way.

I've jacked mine up a couple times and I try and use solid points like the unibody/frame, and the front lower control arms(inside). I am not a believer in the stock jacking locations lol

I guess you didn't search hard enough! This was just a recent thread... Jacked up on the wrong point, Series I or Series II, it's the same for both. And replacing your plugs doesn't really require you to jack the car up, turn the wheel to the right and remove the mud guard.

Aren't the pinch welds covered by the sideskirts? Sorry If i'm totally wrong. I actually did read that thread and didn't really get where to put the stands. I know to jack up on the crossmember but I just don't know what to do with the stands. I apologize if this should be common knowledge, I just don't want to get crushed or punch a whole through the floor.

What does the unibody/frame, subframe and the front lower control arms look like?

Step 2 for stand location.

The OEM scissor jack will clear the skirts to the pinch welds. The side skirts stick out from the pinch weld about an inch or so.

If I remember correctly, I think there is even a little recess cut out of the skirt for the scissor jack to reach the pinch weld.
