I'm just parroting info I heard from an engine builder in the UK about those soilid corner seals with a reccess ... apparently they have had lots of side plate failure issues echen using them.

Interested to see what that 2 bolt modification is . Any pics ?
I had mine doewlled which seems to do the trick .

So far all engines my mechanic do with solid corner seal atkins work well. But it's like anything, any mistake can damage the engine.


We still have two options goopy apex seal 2mm RENESIS or 2mm oldschool. We still need to find a machine shop to install correctly 2mm oldschool.

Our engines need more exhaust. That's the problem with them. Many temperature inside the engine is equal to break.RENESIS engiene is high compression. In high boost you can not go very high in timing. For this reason large turbos are used to avoid taking hp by timing.
