Did not know it was rechargeable. Thanks for the info. I will just keep an eye on it and get a charge kit to clean and oil it once needed.

I get that a big chunk of this thread is just trolling n00bs, but it's curious to me the RacingBeat REVi+Ram Intake got no mention at all. Is it because it doesn't look like a medieval weapon? Am I giving away secrets?

Apologies in advance for reviving a dead thread that everyone seemed to hate.

The Revi is the best for the RX-8 and has been highly praised by many, for years. It didn't get mentioned here but has been mentioned in a million other "what intake should I buy" threads I am sure. That said, intakes on the RX-8 are a waste of money unless you are getting it just for the sound.
