i already stated what the deal is earlier but i am not sure if this thread is the right place to put this question. i am wondering what other people do if they ran into a problem like this. 10k spring rate in the rear and i didn't measure how low but theres not much of a fender gap there....

i know this might be far fetched - but is there anyway you could possibly shave the tab down?

I'm thinking the same. Maybe sell the existing tires to help fund the replacements

^tight fit on the rear. If anything, some camber might work.

atilla: you got new tires and didn't tell me?!

envy: great looking car! I think you're going to have to change the tire size, sorry man.
If you just put those on there, you might be able to sell for a decent amount to help offset the expense

You'll probably have to roll the rear a little bit or run some camber.

Will 18x8 +40 look stupid? I have a good deal on some TSW Nogaros, but I don't know how it will look compared to stock (more sunk in I think, or about in the same place?) GAH deciding on wheels is so goddamn difficult!

umm yeah...

just to give you an idea. The stockies are 18x8 +50. +40 it will be pushed out by 10mm.

My personal opinion...if you're gonna upgrade in wheel, at least go wider. Put more rubber to the ground.

Edit: Thanks imput - iono wtf i was thinking

sigh.

I know I know. I really want 9.5 all around, I'm just having trouble figuring out what I want :\

Edit: Speaking of which, does anyone have any opinions on what color wheel would look best on a stormy blue?

Cool New rims

Hey guys,
I just got these rims (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...%3AIT&viewitem) and I was wondering what size tires I should get for my RX8. All the suspension is stock. I was thinking 225/35/19, but I am not too sure how well it would work. Any suggestions.
