Will 19x8.5 ... 35mm offset rub?

Will 19x8.5 ... 35mm offset rub?

Im looking to put 19x8.5 with 35mm offset rims with 235/35ZR19 tires... do you think these will rub?

You will need to roll the fenders and even that might not be enough. I would go for a +40-50 range for the offset, and if you get the +40 you will run SLIGHTLY under extremely hard cornering. Anything above +40 though and you should be fine.

Here's my 8

Here's my 8 with 245/35/19 in the front and 275/30/19 in the rear. The rims are 19"x8.5 in the front and 19"x9.5 in the rear with 35mm offset

So do you get any rubbing of sidewalls against fender lip under hard cornering with this setup, or not?

It rubs a bit when you have 4 people on the back fender. I'm going to a performance shop on Monday to roll the fender with a special tool. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

Hey RX8on19s,

I put new aftermarket rims on my RX8, but the sensors kept leaking air, so I couldn't use them. Did you have that problem?
If so, what did you do and is there an adapter available for them tha you know of?

I don't use the sansor, I live with the light in the car.....

please find out what special tool they use to roll fenders?

Hopefully not a baseball bat
