Damn the rears are giving me hell, I can't get the endlink nuts off, one endlink might even need to be replaced soon, so much rust. Is there any other way to clear room to get the new shock in?

Are you using an open ended wrench on the nut and Allen wrench (or similar) on the bolt? The nut can spin and spin and spin otherwise

I did, the allen key broke off inside lol, so I didn't even try to do it on the other side.

Well....that's what you will have to do. Penetrating oil of some sort is your friend.

Eh worst case I guess I'll break the nuts off and just replace the endlinks if I can't get the shock in any other way, but I'll spray them down again and wait for it to work.

Okay so I fear I may have done something horribly wrong...the struts make slight knocking noises when I go over larger bumps, but that I think is kind of normal (right?), but my largest concern is the fact that while driving, the rear is creaking, it's pretty loud creaking too. On the rears, I put the white ring and bump stop on top of the shock body, then I put the spacer on top of the shaft, then came the mount, bushing, ring, washer, and nut. Did I assemble it incorrectly?

OH, and I forgot to mention that the driver's side endlink is loose, the lower nut is off about a quarter of an inch, I couldn't get it back on, could that cause it?

Hmm so I've isolated the noise, and it seems like it's coming from the passenger side rear, the driver's side rear isn't making any noise, could the shock be bad? Or could it have to do with bad spring seating?
