Tein Suspension Comming Soon!!

Our Tein rep in Japan got us these pics of thier test car. We should see some hit our shores in the very near future. If you've never seen the Tein company test cars, this is thier usual graffic. And yes, while it looks like a clown car, I can assure you that Tein suspension pieces very nice and work well.... More to come soon.

Enjoy!

Probably a test a near stock height.

I ran H&R PCS coilovers on my last car (very stiff) and put the suspension just about .5" lower than stock. You keep the suspension geometry, and don't get the negative effects of lowering too much.

Let's hope the tein flex stuff is 200000x better than on the WRX. EDFC was cool, but the valving could have been better, IMHO. This is in Vegas summer heat, too.

Pics look like a watered down version of a tein stickered car!!!! It's usually much worse than that!

I love that set... it is going to be my set...

I love that little mascot thing too... I wonder if I can get one of those when I order a set.

I am going to Japan/HK later this year. How heavy do you think a set of 4 with EDFC? more than 20kg?

My set of JIC coilovers were about 65 lbs in the box but the Teins are a bit on the heavier side. Mabey more like 70 lbs.

In your opinion which coilovers would be better for ride comfort, Teins with EDFC or JIC FLTa2s?

Personally I like the ride of the JIC better. But this is only comparing the Teins from another car and not on an RX8.
