Tanabe GF210 lowering springs

Has anybody installed the Tanabe GF210 lowering springs? WHat did u notice in lowering height (front to rear) and impressions on ride quality plzzz !

I had them before I got the Tein Flex coilovers. The lowering was just about perfect, though it maybe could have been a tad lower in the front. The ride quality isn't bad, but it was a little stiff with the MS sway bars installed as well.

Perfect drop in the back but you WILL wish for another 3/4 inch in the front. I've had them on for a year with no shock upgrade. Ride is still good but due to the desired drop in the front im moving to coilovers as soon as the wife turns her head
