I added coilovers to my rx8 and my 1/4 mile time went from 14.5 to 14.5.

o OK but did you notice it when u took hard turns or anything? or did it feel stock? because the car was totaled by previous driver and i am rebuilding it so i needed new suspension anyway so i was wondering if they would be with it or not

I didn't notice anything at all because I'm running stock suspension.

speaking for my miata i put a shock/spring combo on it and it helped it alot.of course not hp but i took corners better. i know there not a coilover but the point is that i think they help and they couldnt hurt the rx8 id look into sway bars also
