Strut bar or sway bar?
Which one of the two types of bars will give me betterresults for keeping my Rx8 more stable whentaking very sharp turns at high speeds? The backend of my car is more prone to slippingIve noticed whenIm taking a turn too fast. So wouldthe front sway bar bethe best way to address this or the rear sway bar or isit just the strut bar? My Rx8 hasnever completely lost traction and spun out whencornering but every now and then I take a turnwhere it always feels like its about to completely slip andthen the DSC saves my *** (I presume).

I got both, while the strut tower bar looks really cool, the sway bars were the best suspension/handling component to get first. In general it just amplifies the good handling aspects of the RX8. The RB sways that I got looked about 2X thiker & stronger than the stock units.

Sway will stable the torsion between the two arms from the central axial so it will reduce the lean of the car when cornering.
Strut will reduce torsion of the body frame and it actually will make the car feel more solid.
Both helps cornering but i think sway will suit you more.
Strong suspension will also help but it will be dearer to be replaced.
RX-8 tends to have a slight oversteer but spinning out of the corner may not be the car. As Michael Schmacher said in Shanghai Chinese GP when he spun out of the corner, "it is the same lap after lap and that corner *(first turn) tends to have understeer. I don't know what happen and we need to see the telemetry. Everything can be normal ... thenI may think it is something between the steering wheel and the fuel tank" smart *** he is, isn't he?

Swaybar upgrade front and back should be the way to go.
When you remove the standard ones, you can actually flex them with your own strength so it gives you an idea as to how weak they are.
