stretch stock tire???
your thoughts on stretching stock tire (225-45-18) on to fit a 18x9???

Why? Are you looking for tighter steering response?
Some 245-40-18s would be better IMO.

i would only stretch the tires if you want to make the lip of the wheel look bigger

I don't know what kind of wheel you're putting the stock tires on but If you want to, you can because its completely up to you and quite possible

i really dont think you should do that...but if you dont want to waste money on getting new tires i gues...
