question about rims

Well, I was thinking about getting a set of rims to but winter tires on.
but I am trying to figure out what to get, I like the Speed6 rims, will they
work on the 8? also other rims like stock wrx rims, or regular 6 rims.
or shoudl I jsut buy a really cheep set of rims to mount winter tires on.

thanks for your help. Matt

If you haven't already, you might consider checking the "parts for sale" section. There have been a few folks recently selling their winter wheel setups...Zelig had a nice set for $800...17" gunmetal color. I wanted to buy them myself, but Uncle Sam decided he wanted to keep a chunk of my tax refund, so I had to scale back on toys for my 8.

ok, so I was jsut given a set of the 300z rims, they are 16s, and maybe 7 wide.
do you guys think these would fit over the brakes. and would they make good
winter tires.
