Any idea how much the drop is? Are they guaranteed fits for 09 R3?

The front's and rear's individually say 04-09. Give them a call and they'll tell you for sure if they will work or not.

The R3 also has Bilstein shocks/struts which are probably different sizes than the regular RX8 shocks/struts, so Im doubting they will fit. Regardless I just saw theyre less than a 1" drop. I am looking for atleast 1.3"-1.5"
