Spring rates

OK guys need a little help! Does anybody know the factory spring rates? I'm considering a couple different spring packages but I'm having a hard time finding info. I like the tein springs, but not sure what the difference is between the s-tech and the h-tech (rates)? I was also considering the tanabe springs. Would also need help the alignment specs also. Thanks for the help in advance.

i have the tein s and i feel like a 100% satisfied.
i seen the tanabe installed on a 8 before it was dunked way too low and uneven his rear was even lower than the front.(but i think he might of cut a coil or so.)
as for stock springs have a horrible weight rate.well maybe the stocks my car came with cause as soon as anyone got in my car it would lower alot.

I'm trying to find out what the difference is between the s-tech and the h-tech. I want to drop an inch or so but not overly increase the spring rate. I have read that you are running 20's. I am getting ready to order a set of 20's but I havent taken the measurements yet. If you can give me the numbers it would be great. Did you need an alignment afterwards?
