Poping noise...
Good day all,
I have a stock 05 6 speed (26-ish K miles). I bought it used ran great for months. Someone told me I had some feathering on the my rear ties and to get it aligned. So I did, I went straight from there to the Mazda dealership (45 min highway drive) to have all the recalls done it, and they replaced a cat, some motor mounts, flashed the computer, and replaced a tail light (it was getting water inside, and fogging).
On the way home I was dodging dashed lines on the highway (went a whole 2 days with out it and my 82 7 was broke, had to dive a Focus (ICK!)), and noticed under a load I would get a loud pop.
After I got back into town I noticed it would pop when ever I turned. If I go real slow, and there are no bumps on the road it will not pop.
I have (at least I think) gone and checked all the suspension bolts and they are all tight, I don't know what the torque specs are, but I ran them down as hard as I could. The only one the moved was passenger rear lower control arm bolt.
Have checked all the retaining nuts for the ball joints, and shock absorbers. I though maybe there should be some rubber stoppers on the control arms, but I didn't find anything of any sorts on either side.
The sound sounds like it is coming from the passenger side, but I have no clue what it is. Anyone got any ideas?

I finally found this... The plastic mounting screws for the black plastic pieces had fallen out around the front of the car. They would flap and catch, and not any more. Sound gone!
