Pads and Fluid for Street AND Track Use
I have started doing track days in my car and due to my work schedule I don't want to hassle with swapping pads and bleeding brakes for every single event. I am considering Hawk HP+ and Carstrol SRF as a Solution. How are HP+ for day to day street use? Can Castrol SRF help me with not having ot bleed for every event?

I used Axxis Ultimate on the street and for a couple of track days. They dust heavily and need lots of tlc to keep your wheels clean.
Some have said that they don't hold up at the track, but I didn't have a problem. I never go so deep into a corner where you see God or need the anti-lock to kick in. When I start tracking again, I will be trying EBC brakes.

The Hawk HP plus should be fine for the street, the issue is whether they will work at the track. When I had my FWD Acura the Hawks would not hold up at the track. With the RX8 which has much better brakes (cooler temps) maybe they will and maybe they won't. When I got my RX8 and took it to the track I used dedicated track pads so I never messed with street performance pads at the track. I think the issue is going to come down your skill level and how hard you press the car and at what track. Are you talking about autocross or a brake intensive road course? Edit: Hey Kenny I remember you're doing Chin Motorsports at Road Atlanta from the Chin forum.
Here's my prediction, if you are new to tracking on road courses the Hawks will be OK.....for awhile. If you keep doing HPDEs, soon you will find that they are not, which is why you find that most experienced trackers are using some kind of dedicated track pad.
If you are determined to not change pads you can probably find a better pad for the street/track than the Hawk HP plus. Ferodo DS2500, Carbotech AX6, or Cobalt GT sports all have higher temp ranges than Hawk HP plus. All of these pads including the Hawk HP Plus will dust more than the OEM pads. As you go higer up in the temp ranges the dust tends to be more corrosive. I've never used the Carbotech AX6, but based on my experience with Carbotech XP8 and XP10 track pads the AX6s would be my choice. See http://ctbrakes.com/brake-compounds.html
