OMG new sway bars are AWESOME!
I just put Whiteline sway bars on my car, which has otherwise stock suspension. I got the non-adjustable bars (they're both solid), because they were the cheapest available. www.DPEweb.com had them for $120 each and they came with polyurethane mounts and grease. Phil was fantastic in answering many questions prior to my purchase, too.
The ride feels the same, with a touch more steering response in road driving. When I hit the corners in dry weather, though, OMG!!! The already fantastic handling of this car was just woken up even more! There is NO initial understeer and I don't need to trail brake to get the car to rotate anymore!
So far, I just can't believe how much more fun the car is! I'll be at Road Atlanta a week from Saturday (so, May 6/7), so I'll get to see how this is on the track. My main purpose for getting the bars was to preserve the tires a bit. I've got 255/35/18 Dunlop SP Super Sport Race and I'm just killing the outsides on the track. I know I've gotta lower the pressures a bit, but I need either more camber or just to corner flatter. And this was the cheapest solution. Cheap is important because I'm leasing the car and will only have it for 1 more year.
So, in summary, this was an AWESOME mod and a great bang-for-the-buck!

The whiteline swaybars are really nice. I got them from DPE also. Great service and prices.
kw1k - The rear swaybar is cake, but the front will take a little more effort. Rear took me about 5-10 mins and the front about 20-25 mins. But once you figure out which way to rotate the front bar when installing, it is pretty easy.

I did the whitelines last fall and they are awesome, best suspension upgrade for the money. I added adjustable endlinks, but don't know how to really use them, I just made them the same lengths as the stock endlinks.

Mine took A LOT longer than it should've because I've driven the car in Rochester, NY and Ann Arbor, MI winters (read: a lot of SALT). We had a problem on one of the front end links and they were all a major biatch. The job should've taken an hour, but took nearer to 4! With the bolts all easy to break loose, it could be done in an hour with a friend, or maybe a tad more by yourself.

i'm going to be getting only a rear sway bar though, im going to leave my front stock, due to the fact that i have a staggered setup with my rims. It would just cause under-steer.

27mm standard front bar - $115 - These bars actually measure 27.5mm vs. the 26.5mm of the OEM bars, but the real increase in stiffness comes from them being solid vs. hollow. Based on data provided by Whiteline, we calculate this bar to be approximately 59% stiffer than OEM.
27mm adjustable front bar - $150 - These bars also measure 27.5mm, and benefit from two mounting holes on each side that allow you do adjust the stiffness of the bar. This bar can either be approximately 54% stiffer than OEM, or 64% stiffer depending on which mounting holes are used. A nice, simple way to fine-tune chassis balance to suit your driving style or to better match other suspension modifications.

This lends an increase in stiffness of approximately 87%, which really helps keep the rear end under control under extreme circumstances. Phil (DPE) had a big sticky post about all the sway bars somewhere. Compared thicknesses and stiffnesses, too. Email him and he'll point you to it.
