Need ADVICE for rattling passanger front coilover!

i installed hks coilovers (hypermax rs) over 3 months ago, and it first stared with the rear rattling but i took it off n but it back on, tightened all the bolts n its stopped the racket, now its my front right coilover... i tightened the top mount nuts and it went away for awhile. just the other day i went down my street (pot hole nation!) and now its louder than ever, any ideas as how i can approach this?

i used hand tools to install them will that have anything to do with the rattle??? oh and i also got it a four wheel alignment...

get a torque wrench and torque them to the correct spec.

they give specs for a reason.

for an oil change you might get away just "tightening as hard as you could" but your suspension is something you really want to cross all your Ts and dot all your Is....

okay, so i decided to take the coil over off, and realized the the bolts that hold the upper control arm were extrememly loose(definately not tightened to the correct torque specs). So i decided to tae both coilovers off and switch the fronts (left to right, right to left) when i put them back on i just made sure al bolts and pins were tightened to the correct specs....and no more annoying cluncking....
