MS Springs

I'm getting ready to order some mazdaspeed springs but i was wondering if i should also get new shocks. If so which ones do you all recommend. I was wondering if i should get the mazdaspeed shocks as well or if the koni adjustables would be a better idea. I really need help on this guys because I am ready to buy now and i am really anxious but I don't know what the best setup would be. In addition for those of you with the ms springs where do you purchase it and for how much? I don't wanna get ripped off by purchasing it at mazda. Plus for those with suggestions on shocks where should i get those so that i could get the best deal. All help is appreciated.

Thanks

If you just change to MS springs your shocks are going to go out pretty quick. A lot of members have the MS spring/shock combo and love. Me, if I would go with a set of Koni's. Single adjustable and only a little more expensive.

MS springs/Koni's along with Tein S/H springs/Koni's are popular.

Check out the forum vendor DPE.
Good prices, and he's got some threads that should answer your questions.

I went completely MS. After hours of reading in here it seems the MS components are designed to work together...very stiff springs and softer struts. The most popular aftermarket seems to be Racing Beat (moderatley stiffer) springs and Koni (much stiffer) struts. IMO I figured that due to the different design approach of MS it would be better to not mix MS with after market....I am very happy with the set-up. Read 'springs, springs, springs' posts etc.

I got the full MS suspension package, and I love it. I had my first track weekend of the season at Road America and the car felt planted. Much better than stock. I got mine from onlinemazdaparts he's a forum vendor and offers free shipping on orders over 100. Good luck
