I am running 18x8 in +35mm offset. Some alignment settings needed to be changed, but I love the wider track they provide. No problems to speak of.

Would a 18x8 40mm fit the front okay, I'm pretty sure it will. And on back a 18x9.5 35mm, that's what I'm not sure about. I want to know if that setup would require any mods? It's for my girlfriends car, so no race or track. Thanks for all of the help.

What about a 18x8.5 with a +38 offset? Would that be fine? I've been trying to find the answer to that for a while now but with no luck...
EDIT: Ah crap, i just realized I posted in an old thread as well... well, if there's an answer to my question, it'll be greatly appreciated

C'mon guys. You're talking about the offset without the regard of a wheel width. You can't have any offset you want. With 9 inch wheels you should have 37mm offset to stay with the original car geometry. If you play with the offset and go with 30 there will be not enough tire going into the wheel well and that shall negatively affect car's handling. For 9.5 offset should be 30mm - now the only limitation here is the fender.
