its the only way to get what you want for your needs. i hope you don't get talked into buying race springs for your car...
i can give some advice though, keep you car lowered appropriately... stay above 1.5" drop for street.
try checking springs springs springs thread.

you should buy race springs for your car...
(sorry I had to)
To the OP - Are you serious?????? Did you really just ask a question that's been asked over 1000 times? I hope this is a joke...
this thread you should read thouroughly and every other thread about the question you asked that's been answered 1000 TIMES

alex: welcome to the club! You'll find that most simple questions such as this have been asked plenty of times before and the best thing to do is to research these things and make the most informed decision possible based on your needs and goals for your car.
with that said: the Springs Springs Springs thread (that's the title) has most of the major springs listed with drop rates, etc.
then do a few searches for those brands and see what people think.
Also, ask yourself if you need springs for looks or are you doing it because you are going to be on the track.

dhan, please search. Jedi54 gave a great starting thread, above.
Lowering spring and wheels are like looking at pretty girls = everyone has different ideas of what is the perfect look for them.
Look in the picture threads - then when you find someone's car that you like, send the owner a Private Message to get more info...
See also the link from Ross Dawg, above.

My bad... I need to do my research before posting next time. I already have the racing springs, but I have seen some 8s that are 1 inch lower, and it makes such a difference. I'll search for the springs springs springs thread, sorry about this post.

Ill be nice, I have tein S-techs. I like them, they're nice. A bit harsh on crappy Chicago roads. Its drop is nice yet not very noticable since I have nothing on my car, not even an appearance package but it gets rid of the nasty wheel gap. I paid 100 bucks on ebay + shipping for mine, my shop quoted me a ridiculous $400+ for installation so I had one of my friends who was a Nissan Tech for the dealership I worked for do it for 100 bucks and some beer
IF you are just doing springs, dont expect any performance gains. It feels stiffer going around corners but tends to understeer more. Just an observation.
All in all, I love this mod and would 100% recommend it.
Merry Xmas.......or hannakah?
