I am probably going to be purchasing "black chrome" rims myself here shortly. I love the look.

 

I'm installing my Strakes in the morning and will do more pics then. I wanted to get these out before dark! If you like the look you'll love them on your car. Pictures don't give the full effect of the wheel. Half the sales staff at my dealership came out to look at them!

 

I have had dark chromes on my yellow 8 for about two months. Everybody likes them. You made a great decision. They make the yellow more unique. Check out my pics in the garage. Good luck with yours! They look great!!!! Gary

I hope you got the chrome (polished?) strakes to match them.

 

Here are the rest of the pictures. As far as chrome strakes, they are highly polished so you can see yourself in them.

 

mmm...that's one purty car, great choice in color too :D

 

These look good, wish they had these when I got my 8. I am going to assume they are the same wheel with a different finish and thus weight is basically the same.
