Lifespan of Mazdaspeed Shocks?

I have the full MS suspension kit and I was wondering what the lifespan of the shocks would be given a worse case scenario (ie bad roads, some track time, aggressive driving). I know they are stiffer than the stock shocks, but they are still just tokico's like the OEM shocks so I don't think they are overbuilt in any way.

I've got about 40K on mine now, and they are feeling a little more bouncy but nothing horrible. I figured I'd toss em at 60K for new ones, but I also wanted to see what other people thought.

for OE type shocks it's typically 30,000 miles for the best performance
