Has anyone either seen or be lucky enough to have these on there ride?

 

I have not seen those specifically but that style has been done..........It's referred to as the "time attack" look I believe.

 

Time Attack is usually black wheels with a red pinstripe, though the pinstripe alone can be referred to as a time attack pinstripe.

Ehh, these wheels don't look to be too special in my opinion, I don't think you'll find anyone running them.
