How much drop?

How much drop is good, and what alignment problems does dropping the car cause?
Also, what about suspension drop causing the suspension to bottom out?

alot of people run tein s.techs if they aren't running coilovers.

I'm personally getting ready to install my Sprint Springs for a 2" drop all around.
