Help, My tire has a tumor (bump)

Anyone know how to fix this?

Or should I just not be cheap and get a new one.

It looks like your car is lowered too much and they had to adjust the camber to get the tires to fit.

Looks like it was sitting around on a flat tire for a while. Take it the tire shop and see what they have to say.

Replace the tire. those are wear indicators closes to the edge. When those are nearly gone it is time for a new tire. I would check the other side of the car wheels as well. If it is just as bad you might have a camber or alignment issue. dependsing on how the wear is on the other tire.

I don't see a bump but those tires look to be in horrible shape to say the least

Update.

I went to the shop today, got 2 brand spanking new tires. They worker said it was have exploded any minute. I was thinking it happened a few days ago, since I notice a bumpier ride out of nowhere.
