NJ Rear Wheels Rubbing With Suspension Installed

I was just trying to install my Tockico D-Spec suspension and my Tanabe Springs and it will not fit even with the fenders rolled. I am currently running 17x9's for autocross season and I would like to keep them on year round. I was told by a friend that more negative camber was the only answer but I figured that this was the place to find out. Thanks alot.
