Flywheel and Clutch help!!!!????

I upgrade my stock flywheel with the ATC Prostreet at 27000 miles(didn't replace the clutch which I should have). every thing is fine until after driving about 30 ms. the noise from the tranmission sound like some thing wrong with the transmission. it rattle alot and getting lounder if I keep driving longer than 30 minutes. did anyone experience the same thing? is there any thing wrong with my transmision or was it because of the new Flywheel, i'm thinking either putting the stock flywheel back in or replace the clutch and hope it works.

Sounds like a flywheel installation issue. Get it checked right away. Can be dangerous...

Not thing really happen to the engine before I put it the flywheel, what could be wrong with the Flywheel installation.

the weird thing is that, the car run fine but make noise from the tranmission after about 30 minutes of drivin

Curious... will the sound go away when you press the clutch pedal in?
Does the sound get worse as you increase RPM?
You did install the counterweight... right

it makes noise only when I drive for about 30 minutes, and get worst if I drive slow, when I increase RPM it just sound the same thing, like some one knocking on my transmission when i'm driving ( that's not really funny)

and yes, I did install the counterweight. I install the flywheel and the counterweight in about 8 months now( i dont' drive my car that much) since then I put about 7 thousands mile after that installation already. the noise started immediately after the installation but I thought It would go away after away( and I was wrong).

Might be an alignment issue with the clutch disc/pressure plate.
Doesn't explain why it waits for 30 minutes to start making noise.
But if I were in your shoes, I would pull the tranny back down and double-check the installation.

I just bought a exedy stage 1 clutch, waiting for the shipping right now. I will pull it down and check the flywheel.

Are you planning on replacing the pilot bearing when you get the clutch?
If so, are you getting a seal with it? (HIGHLY recommended)

Its very possible that the issue can go away with a new clutch, pilot bearing, and verifying everything is aligned.
Or lets just hope thats all it takes

well, I didn't think about changing the Pilot bearing, but I guess It didn't hurt to just replace it as well, find one on the Ebay for $26 . what do you mean getting a seal with it.

i am wondering how much the local shop will charge for the clutch replacement

you think mazda dealer ship with fix that problem for free ( my car is still under warranty)
