There is a silver touch up paint that matches the oem wheels close to perfect (not chrome and shinka of course)... i forget which exact one though.

Duplicolor TY 01602...Lunar Mist Metallic, 1C8, Toyota.

To find it here you'd need to search for the "road rash" thread. I used it on some rash, and it matched perfectly.

The OEM wheels ('04-'07, to the best of my knowledge) are the same color as Sunlight Silver.

Of course, the stock touch-up paint for Sunlight Silver sucks. I had some paint custom matched for my eyelids recently, and discovered that this perfect SS match was also a perfect rim match. Even the metallic particles are the same size and density. At least for my '07.

I'm going to try the Sunlight Silver 22V touch up paint on some RX8 rims in the next few days before I mount tires.

I'll try to post my results. Just hitting some small curb rash and a few blemishes.

OEM Sunlight Silver 22v touch up paint DOES NOT MATCH. But the Duplicolor sure does. I'll get the duplicolor paint code...

Mazda wheel colors for 2005 are :
M6389A - Sparkling Silver Metallic B/C
UARC - Lightning Silver Metallic B/C
ZJJC - Silver Metallic
ZJQC - Silver Metallic B/C

B/C = base/clearcoat

I think Lightning Silver is the match, but Mazda doesn't sell it as touch-up paint.
