does this fit ? please help , I'm a noob sorry

hey everyone , I was just wonderin if this size fits our rx-8's stock 45-245-18 summer tires the off set is 38 , and the wheel size is 18 X 8.0 , H/ PCD is 5X114.3 , is it a all go , or does it not fit ? Also these can bolt right on right ? just gotta pay for it to be mounted with the stock tires and then balanced onto the car ?
Sorry for the noob questions , never got rims before ,so I'm new at this.
Thanks,
TitanRx8

Stock tires will fit those rims and those rims are the right bolt pattern. Be aware that the 38mm offset will push your rims outward by about 12mm or 1/2" over the stock rims, so your sidewalls will be close to the fender lips under hard cornering.

Most aftermarket rims have a one-size-fits-all centerhole, so be sure the seller provides centering rings so that the centerhole of the rim mates up with the hub properly. Also find out whether you need 'tuner' nuts with your aftermarket rims.

It will be closer clearance, but it should be fine. I held a 1/2" strip of wood alongside my rim and sidewall the other day to roughly check the clearance for an 18x8 with 38mm offset, and there looks to be enough room to handle it.
