coilovers and sways???
coilovers and sways???
I am seriously thinking of getting some coilovers and swaybars. Thing is, I like the jic coilovers and I wanted to choose the right swaybars to go with a coilover set up.
I'm also not 100% sure which coilovers to go with but I figure that since JIC is a suspension company, they probably offer a great product.
Anyone have any input on this?

I was just talking to the local shop about the same setup!
He said your two options are JIC and Tein coilovers.
He thinks the Rbeat sways would work good with this setup. But i remember reading some members thought that they were a bit on the heavy side.
If you decide before me, Post your thoughts!

Get the coilovers on first, then decide if you need the sways. I have almost no body roll with the JIC FLT-A2S coilovers and the stock swaybars. The spring rates of the JICs and Teins are enough to control body roll.

I have ridden the JICs with 8kg springs and they absolutely sucked - even after switching to 5kg spring rates front and rear. I felt every crack in the road and it was endless pain.
Personally, I would just talk to Rishie over at AutoRnD and check in to see the status of Zeal Function V6 coilovers for the RX8. Those were probably the best coilovers I have ever had the fortune of experiencing.
