Camber Adjustment Procedure?

Camber Adjustment Procedure?

I have little to no experience working on suspensions, but would like to learn....

For auto X I would like to adjust camber and caster. I've searched the threads and understand the ranges people are adjusting these to.

Is there a procedure for someone like me to adjust these myself? How do I measure the adjustments? How do I put things back if I don't like the adjustment? What torque settings do I use on the various nuts&bolts?

Will I need an alignment after doing any of this? Or will the alignment shop just put everything back to stock?

Just decide what settings you want and take it to a shop with a good alignment rack and a good alignment tech.
