rotarymachine: most of the time the concavity of a wheel is dependent on the offset however this is not the case with the forgestar f14's...any offset as long as the wheel is 10" wide will be concave.

Yea...I'm not aware of any wheels that get more concavity as the wheel offset is reduced.....not enough to form something similar to a black hole vortex look anyhow which would be weird.

ya but wouldn't a 10" F14 with +38 have 2 more mm of concave compared to +40? but like you said not with the F14s but just want to be completely clear on the matter.

I know people have put the +18. Only thing im worried about is that itll be past the fender. IM looking for a flush look. And yea i know ill have to roll the fenders lol.

It will depend on your camber and height. If I ran -1 to 0 camber on the rear my wheels would be poking out. The lower your car sits, the more negative camber you're going to need to get it to work with the suspension. There is a limit of having too much negative camber where the angle of the tire contrast to the fender will not flow well and look ridiculous. If you have a really low offset rim for that case, you'll need a fender pull to not resort to such a high negative camber setup.

I forgot to say, my fronts do poke out slightly running them at -1.5 and while they clear I notice slight rubbing marks inside the fender liner from sharp bumps on the road which brushed them once or twice.

You could see two different camber setups on a car running the same wheel width/offset and one could look flush while the other looks tucked.

Get what I'm saying? Offset is only one factor to pull off the look.

Ok, Thanks for the insight, Myself I would probably just stick to the 10 +40 but I was just curious as to what the limit would be with minor suspension tweaking. Although I think it would be cool to see some 275's on there with a fender roll... beef those baby's up.

Just so you know that I am running on S-Techs right now and will eventually move from stock struts to some Tokico D-Specs, so the car is lowered about 1.2 inches and will hopefully be around 1.5inches with the D-Specs in place.

^ I think you have it backwards... +38 will be closer to the fender than +40 if you had the same suspension set-up as atilla

I'm using rays lug nuts, my wheels are 18x10 et 48+ and had no problems with fitting the lug nuts.

I use Mcgard spline lugs which are quite long, using +28 offset here

they don't come with any of that, the shop that installed my wheels used the standard ones that they had which are rubber.

If so, what do you guys recommend for valve stems. I don't want to throw just the rubber ones on, and would like to have them all ready to go if they don't come with the wheels.
F14's work with our TPMS, I recommend getting them instead of regular valve stems.
