Caliper Rebuild - Silly Question

I am looking for a caliper rebuild kit.

I have found an overhaul kit (doesn't specify what were overhauling, although what else could it be that it's for the brakes.)

Found that out the hard way when I ordered 2

...oh well...spares are good
