AutoEXE Springs?

Does anyone have impressions of the AutoEXE springs and how they compare versus stock? (MazdaManiac?) From the Japanese website, it seems like they lower by 20mm (0.75 inches) and the rate is 212/145 F/R, can anyone confirm?
